Goals
- To develop a quality system for conscious, consistent and catalytic programmed action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the HEIs
- To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.
Objectives
- To work continuously to improve the quality of education
- To sustain, assure and enhance the quality culture of education
- The IQAC is meant for planning, guiding and monitoring Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Enhancement (QE) activities of the institution.
Strategies
- Ensuring timely, efficient and progressive performance of academic, administrative and financial tasks
- The relevance and quality of academic and research programmes
- Equitable access to and affordability of academic programmes for various sections of society
- Optimization and integration of modern methods of teaching and learning
- The credibility of evaluation procedures
- Ensuring the adequacy, maintenance and proper allocation of support structure and services
- Sharing of research findings and networking with other institutions in India and abroad
Achievements
- Conducted regular Meetings of IQAC
- Mr. Shivanand Duthade, Coordinator IQAC Presented his paper entitled The Dynamic Promoter of Quality Enhancement in Higher Education in an International Seminar held at Banglore and organised by NAAC held during 2-4 March, 2011
- Mr. Shivanand Duthade, Coordinator IQAC actively participated in a workshop on NAAC Accreditation/Reaccreditation: Awareness and Issues organised by NMU, Jalgaon on 3rd August, 2011
- Successfully submitted all the AQAR before Reaccreditation
- Successfully faced NAAC PEER Team to get Reaccreditation
- Got B grade with CGPA of 2.36 from NAAC
- Submitted first AQAR after Reaccreditation to NAAC
- Submitted proposal for National Seminar to NAAC
